Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You can do it free of charge 24 hours before the transfer day.
- When passengers do not arrive 1 hour after landing at airports and 15 minutes after departure from the region, the reservation is marked as no-show and no refund is made.
- You cannot get a refund for reservations past the cancellation date.
- Cancellations you have made before the cancellation date has passed will be refunded to you with the payment method you have made.
- You can only make changes through our call center for your reservations whose change date has passed.
- By purchasing this service, you are deemed to have accepted the cancellation and change conditions for the vehicle you have chosen.
